The Automated Geographic Reference Center (AGRC) is the State of Utah’s map technology coordination office. AGRC staff (directory/contacts) have knowledge and experience in geographic information system (GIS) desktop software, hosted map- and web-services, mapping data resources, and GIS professionals and their activities around the state.

All layers are updated at the end of each business day. The native spatial reference for all Utah County GIS Datasets is Utah Central Zone, NAD83 Stateplane, US Survey feet. While there are no constraints or warranties with regard to the use of this dataset, users are encouraged to attribute content to the GIS Division of Utah County Information Systems Department.

These files uncompress into multiple files which make up a shapefile dataset. Static shapefiles are updated as major revisions are made. Other shapefiles are updated daily from Division tabular datasets. Utah GIS datasets for other themes are available from the Utah State Geographic Information Database at: http://gis.utah.gov/data/

Unless otherwise stated, GIS Data and Related Tables are projected using the North American Datum of 1983, UTM Zone 12 North, Meters as units; KML files are projected using EPSG:4326, WGS84 Datum, Degrees as units, WGS84 Ellipsoid.
